📄 NBGM ASG: West is Best (S25)
We’ve arrived at the NBGM All-Star Game! The best stars go head to head and show what they have. This will a group of stars that many in the CBGM will be monitoring in future years to see if any of their players make their leap to All-Stardom.
Let’s check the results, but first…
Starting Lineups
These lineups have changed very little since last season. The only difference in the lineup has CBGM star Khalid Jones being the starter over GLeague Ignite star BJ Anderson. Andy Morris and his scoring prowess continues to be another CBGM’er to make the starting lineup in this important event. Last year Morris averaged 26.5 and he’s up to an amazing 29 ppg for the Knicks.
It’s a new record though with two CBGM players in the starting lineups.
And as usual, which might be the case for the next ten years, Trae Young and Luke Doncic face-off in the PG position.
Game Results
Let’s first list out any CBGM’ers who made either All-Star Team. We see (Mike Jacobsen of Kansas, Deantoine Crooks of Marquette, Johnny Holloway of Kentucky)
The West get revenge after losing last year to the Eastern conference. MVP goes to Kawhi who comes in with a solid all around performance and never even missed a shot. Not even a free throw. Hard to argue that kind of ability. Golden State continues to remain relevant by Wiseman and Wiggins seeing the decline of the splash brothers.
Mike Jacobsen out of Kansas is starting to look real nice for the Wizards. He will be their franchise player for the foreseeable future.
