- Mandatory Action: Make sure you get to this recruiting reports screen and make selections. Use Export MP in the top right hand corner. Then post your export notice to #cbgm-exports channel.
- Optional: Phone your athletic director and ask for the type of schedule you want. (If you do this, you must export from your office too!)
June 25th (Saturday)
Summer Travel Recruiting Schedule

- Mandatory Action: Make sure you get to this summer travel screen and then export summer travel from the top right hand corner. Then send a notice to #cbgm-exports channel of each team you exported.
July 11th (Monday)
West (Las Vegas Done)

Data has come in from the West Region aka Las Vegas Revue. Have a peek on how they faired if players are on your watchlist.
- Suggested Action: You will notice you have all 3 of Scout Live, and 3 of your Campus Visits again. You will be able to invite other players to come see your school. Send those out.
July 25th (Monday)

August 21st (Sunday)
Top 10 Lists & Campus Visits
Top 10 Lists Update
You will notice that players have displayed an update on their top 10 schools and interest in their favorite schools. The race is heating up!
- Suggested Action: Adjust your approach based on the newest Top 10 lists per player. Fix your scholarship offers and prepare to focus on players you can scoop. Phone the players you want to find out more about in preparation for pitching in-home visits.
September 11th (Sunday)
In Home Visits and Pitching
Start In Home Pitching! Early Commitments.
Today is the day that players who are in LOVE with a school MIGHT give a verbal commitment to a school and avoid the whole competition of in-home pitching.
- Mandatory Action: You must send out in-home visits to players. When you are done the day, you must report your office export in the #cbgm-exports channel as a key reporting date.
- Suggested Action: Get your four top players together, make sure you have a scholarship out there and get your best pitch together to visit your favorite recruits!
September 18th (Sunday)
In Home Visits and Pitching
Biggest Decision Commitment Day!
This is the day that the majority of players begin to make their commitment. They've seen you come visit, their parents have even heard your best shot. What will happen?
- Suggested Action: Keep visiting the players you want to recruit. Do everything you can by continuing to in home visit. If players have said they are not interested, time to move on and change to someone else to get your recruits!
