We’re underway with the NBGM All-Star weekend. Next up for the fans, are watching the Rookie draft class take on the Sophomores. The CBGM sophomores are taking on the rookies. Who will be the class of the CBGM.

Starting Lineups

What’s interesting is that sometimes the CBGM’s biggest names, aren’t the ones getting it done pro. Looks like the emergence of Milton Thompson out of Michigan is something that is now apparent. Swartz out of UCLA and co, take on the young guns.

As for the Rookies, Tyshawn Doll out of Creighton represents them. Godoy from Kansas also shows up for the rookies. While Stuart Simmons appears to be having the best rookie season thus far. 11.4 PPG

Game Results

Just as we discussed Milton Thompson, he tore it up for the Sophomores. 37 pts in a close game overall too.

Stuart Simmons made a great case for being the MVP if they would have won the game. 44 pts on 16-26 shooting.

While Jo Jo Crowell made sure nobody forgets he’s still around. 21 pts off the bench. Archibald Boyd had a very strong game in the key and ran the key in the game.
