Chezley McKie (Butler) and Antawn DeVone (OK State) has done a much better job putting up rookie numbers than Jacob McMullen and company last season.

Timothy Steffen (Florida) has accelerated nicely scoring 15.9 PPG in his sophomore campaign.

The Rookies have won! Usually looking like they will be the usuals to lose, facing a team with a bit more experience and rating bumps, the Rookies come out on town.

Notable performance from Chezley McKie and DeVone showing 28 and 27 points in the game. McKie showed his playmaking skills with 13 dimes.
