📄 NBGM Trade Deadline: Moving CBGM’ers (S29)

It’s the NBGM trade deadline. We are seeing every year more activity of the CBGM players. NBGM teams are looking to make moves to find pieces for their team. Move draft picks or get out of bad contracts.

Notable Trades

Puzzling here. Looks like the Antawn DeVone (Oklahoma State) era in Golden State has ended very quickly. He’s been shipped out in a package that will bring in a Charlotte 1st round pick and centre depth of Garrett Berry (Michigan) C.

So it looks like Corey Dix (Notre Dame)’s stock has risen so much that the Houston Rockets want to gamble on him by trading their 1st round draft pick. This will add another 1st round pick to the Warriors after the DeVone swap. They add an aging Wiggins for good measure.

Rod Reese (St Marys) was looking like a long term future piece for the Knicks. That all changed when Brooklyn is willing to give up their 1st round pick to see what Reese will do for them.

Syracuse great, Colin Jeter (SG) was log jammed with Jo Jo Crowell (Syracuse alumni) with the Nuggets, but now will have more space to thrive with the San Antonio Spurs.
