So the summer league went on. We have so many CBGM people going head-to-head now. It’s great!

Semi-Final #1: Detroit Pistons vs Philadelphia 76ers

Jermaine Williams of the Pistons had a helluva game but not able to get the dubb. 49 pts to pace the Pistons.

The Sixers had a spread out attack off the bench with several players getting into double digits.

Semi-Final #2: Chicago Bulls and Minnesota Timberwolves

Stambolic (Gonzaga) is still being invited to summer leagues to work on his game.

It was Rick Rix and Dontonio Johnson (Arizona) that did a lot of the damage. Justin Sykes (Villanova) tried to get the Twolves to the finals but was unable to. A nice game with 24 pts.

Final: Chicago Bulls vs Philadelphia 76ers

It was the finals and for the second straight game, Adam Williams (Notre Dame) took over. He would become the MVP of this one. Solid contributions from the whole starting lineup and Mackel George (SDSU) off the bench.

The bench magic wore off for the Sixers in their loss.
