One of the cooler things these days is that we have players in the G-League too. This will almost soon be a league of seniors and players that didn’t have high stock in CBGM but might get their chance to be a pro someday.

Let’s take a look at the NBGM stars that shine bright, while also showcasing the award winners from the G-League.

NBGM Individual Awards

Looks like Luka Doncic snatched back an MVP over Trae Young. Trae was going for his third MVP trophy in a row but just missed out. Odd because Luka had back to back before Trae but this Mavs team was REALLY bad this year.

They even won the lottery.

Jo Jo (Syracuse) is definitely the best defensive player in the game and he was most deserving. Shai as an aging 6th man, finally broke Ant Man’s streak of 3 sixth man of the year award winner in a row.

Can we say something about the Wizards getting 60 wins? How can Tyronn Lue not be given that after what he did for them.

Jack Smalls (Villanova) ends up being the best first year CBGM player in the NBGM.
