Welcome again to the NBGM Finals. Each year the CBGM players get a little bit more influential in the outcome of the NBGM association.

The rise of a very DEEP Detroit Pistons team has now arrived. Bringing in Zion to help roll with an experience Johnny Holloway (Kentucky).

Neither of these teams have won in our CBGM era. It’s going to go down!

 

Minnesota Timberwolves

It’s unfortunate to have Dave Brown (Gonzaga) hurt. He is a big contributor to the Wolves.

But this is Justin Sykes (Villanova) time to shine. Playing a crazy 41.5 mpg in the playoffs. Then rolling off 27.5 ppg in the playoffs very early in his career. Bam Adebayo brings that veteran presence to these Western Conference winners.

Detroit Pistons

As we mentioned at the start, it’s Holloway and Zion getting it done. Coby White’s injury doesn’t seem very long so he should be contributing big time for the Pistons.

Side story, Dennis Shyatt (Florida) was the first ever CBGM taken. At age 33 now, he was a 1st ovr pick the first time we ever did our merge. Didn’t turn out to much and doesn’t really get any run on the roster but might get a ring. He did though have a long career on OKC the team that draft him. But they have been terrible and were probably stuck with his mediocrity.
