  • Mandatory Action: Make sure you get to this recruiting reports screen and make selections. Use Export MP in the top right hand corner. Then post your export notice to #cbgm-exports channel.

We find out which players might be disgruntled and are leaving your team. Transfers can happen from fights within the team and lack of playing time.

 

  • Suggested Action: Get ready for the upcoming transfer session and understand what players you may have lost.
June 2nd (Thursday) (2nd Year +)

  • Mandatory Action: Press advance, goto transfers, make your contacts and scholarship offers. Make sure you save before you export on the transfers list. When you finish your transfers and you want in on some, you must report your export to #cbgm-exports channel.

  • Mandatory Action: Make sure you get to this summer travel screen and then export summer travel from the top right hand corner. Then send a notice to #cbgm-exports channel of each team you exported.

  • Suggested Action: Setting up your recruiting watch & call lists if you want to be prepared for camp information. Begin to call players that are not cold that are interested in you. Choose to host players if you feel confident. 
July 7th (Thursday)

  • Suggested Action: Data has come in from National (Indy Elite, ECJ, Georgia Done). Scout live players you want to get more detail about. This will create more accuracy in their letter grades for scouting.
July 11th (Monday)

  • Suggested Action: You will notice you have all 3 of Scout Live, and 3 of your Campus Visits again. You will be able to invite other players to come see your school. Send those out.

Start In Home Pitching! Early Commitments.

Today is the day that players who are in LOVE with a school MIGHT give a verbal commitment to a school and avoid the whole competition of in-home pitching.

 

  • Mandatory Action: You must send out in-home visits to players. When you are done the day, you must report your office export in the #cbgm-exports channel as a key reporting date.
  • Suggested Action: Get your four top players together, make sure you have a scholarship out there and get your best pitch together to visit your favorite recruits!
September 18th (Sunday)

Biggest Decision Commitment Day!

This is the day that the majority of players begin to make their commitment. They've seen you come visit, their parents have even heard your best shot. What will happen?

 

  • Suggested Action: Keep visiting the players you want to recruit. Do everything you can by continuing to in home visit. If players have said they are not interested, time to move on and change to someone else to get your recruits!
