This game was a test to see if Sherman Grundy’s defense could stifle the scoring touch of Kevin Price and Oregon.

A big move was done before the game to see Grundy move from his traditional PG slot into the SG slot to try to contain Kevin Price. For the most part, Kevin Price did run into some difficulties but he helped contribute when the time counted.

It was a stellar run from Oregon as they knocked off 3 teams ranked #1 to get to their first ever CBGM championship. Does Kevin Price have an encore in him? He’ll be back for his senior season.
